Hi, I’m Denise Schramm and I help small business owners handle the behind-the-scenes work that quietly eats up their time, so they can get back to doing what they actually started their business to do.
My work in operations, logistics, and business management taught me how to build systems that actually hold up; the kind that keep a business running smoothly instead of quietly falling apart in the background. That same instinct is what drives everything I do now, whether it’s your books, your website, your visuals, or the AI tools that could be saving you hours.
I also run my own small side business, Paper Joy Designs, so I understand what it’s like to run a business day to day, not just advise on one from the outside.
